BYD x Content Creator Awards Ticket Giveaway: Terms & Conditions

1. 1.The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.
2. 2.The competition is being run by One-eyed Jack / Content Creator Awards, in partnership with BYD.
3. 3.To enter, participants must complete the online entry form and answer the competition question: “What does BYD stand for?”
4. 4.Only one entry per person will be accepted.
5. 5.The competition closes at 23:59 on Tuesday, 13 October 2026.
6. 6.Two sets of winners will be selected from the correct entries.
7. 7.Each winner will receive two tickets to the 2026 Content Creator Awards, taking place on Saturday, 17 October 2026 at Galleria Sandton, Johannesburg.
8. 8.Each prize includes two event tickets only. Travel, transport, accommodation and any other costs associated with attending the event are not included.
9. 9.Winners must be able to make their own way to the venue in Johannesburg on the night of the event.
10. 10.Winners will be announced and contacted on Wednesday, 14 October 2026, using the contact details provided when entering the competition.
11. 11.If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept the prize, an alternative winner may be selected.
12. 12.The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
13. 13.By entering the competition, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
14. 14.By submitting their details, entrants consent to their personal information being used for the purposes of administering the competition, contacting the winner and fulfilling the prize.
15. 15.Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable South African data protection legislation.
16. 16.The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
17. 17.The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition should circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
18. 18.The promoter’s decision regarding the selection of winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
